VR-Rubber is a software for prediction of properties of rubber compounds which makes the product development and R&D faster and improves the quality control.
VR-Rubber uses the historical data base from the customer to build mathematical models which improves the comprehension of process, raw materias and final product properties and their relationship. Based on the models built with VR-Rubber it is possible to make the product development faster, optimizing formulation and reducing costs. It is also possible to reduce the materials out of specification before they are produced by predicting their properties before they are produced, acting in a preventive manner. |
