VRAnalyst is a complete tool for empirical modelling, simulation and statistical process control. Based on advanced multivariate statistical techniques, this software is able to simultaneously correlate all the variables that characterize a production process. Industrial applications are available such as: rubber, cement, cosmetic ando others.
VRAnalyst is composed for four modules: - Data Entry Module

- Modelling Module
- Simulation Module
Trough the data entry module it is possible to create and to organize tables to store the process data.  The SPC module has all the functionalities of a typical statistical process control software. Through this module, it is possible to build control charts for product properties monitoring and to compute indexes for process capability evaluation.  The SPC module is also able to print reports.  The modelling module has a complete set of tools to analyze historical data and learn the relation existing among the variables that characterize the production process. The modeling module allows the generation of simulators which are able to predict the process behaviour.  The simulation module allows product properties to be predicted as a function of process manipulated parameters. The reverse calculation is also possible. For example, the user informs the value desired for the product properties and VRAnalyst suggests the best composition of the process manipulated parameters to provide this set of properties.
