How VRAnalyst does it? On VRAnalyst, process simulations are performed in three steps: - First, historical data are fed in the table module (it is also possible feed the software with data from ERP or SCADA systems).
- Based on this data, and through a simple and intuitive interface, mathematical models are generated which will be used in the predictions. In this stage it’s possible to analyze how good the models generated are.
- With this models it is possible to simulate the process behavior in a simple and intuitive way, and this way, predict the properties of the finished product without a laboratory analysis.
Why to use historical data of the process? Generally dozens of analysis are made in the raw material and finished products. This data are stored in a data bank in order to keep the process history. This data contains important information: in this data bank there are information of how process and raw material variables are related with the final product.
